It’s Spring and time for renewal, simplification, throwing out clutter and beautifying one’s surroundings. This could be at home or in the work place. Amy Chin has a great eye for helping us see the beauty in simple objects, strategically placed… and here use of color is outstanding. Have a look.

A few months ago I found every reason not to walk out of the grocery store with paper bags any more! I have been trying to do my part to lower my carbon footprint… but this made remembering to bring my bags with me to the grocery store so easy! Get a few fabulous bags and you won’t want to go anywhere without them… they are so cool… and inexpensive! Miso-so-pretty & Keen!

This Spring is all about florals. I will try to do a few entries about the vast array of fun, fresh, colorful, happy and bright florals that seem to be popping up everywhere.

Born and Based in London, this wonderfully playful illustrator caught my eye as I was looking for ideas expressing Spring. Her painting style is wonderful, unselfconscious and fresh. Have a look at her blog and see other examples… you won’t be disappointed.

I am doing research for a teen project and went to the new fabulous library in town and stumbled across these amazing books. Cover to cover photos of these wildly dressed Japanese girls and guys! I am inspired to shake things up a bit and looking for someone to point out where I might find such great stuff… these girls are just adorable!
