lost and found

Clare Nicholas’s imagery has evolved from printmaking and paper cut techniques into digitally created pieces which combine found imagery with drawn elements and icons created using Adobe Illustrator. The final product is a reminder of how mixing different mediums can have fantastic results!

extra curry please.

I love anything Indian. I love Indian food, I love Indian clothing, and I especially love Indian patterns. So of course I found the packaging for these yoga cds extremely pleasing. I think it may drive me into spontaneous asanas.

love at first site.

After looking around on the website of my last post, I have decided that I am in love. The designer is one after my own heart, his work is beautiful and dark, layered and crafty. Perfect in every way.

a little rough aroung the edges

While doing some research recently, I came across an illustration staffing company, and there I found Jim Laurence. His illustrations have a hand done, letterpress feel. Very cool, very nice and so well crafted… I can’t take my eyes away.

so smooth

These fun illustration are so rich and creamy! I love the thickness of the silhouettes and how simple the shapes are. Most the work from Bose Collins has a lot of textures and layers, but I find these refreshing.
