2010 food trends sound super luscious! Flavors predicted to enter main stream products and restaurant menus include; Cardamom, Sweet Potato, Hibiscus, Capacu, and Rose Water. You can also forget about your weekly Mexican, Chinese or Italian meal, these will be replaced with foods from Tuscany, Brazil, and Morocco! Pass that dish!
