garden walls

Recently, I visited Pigment a wonderful shop located in North Park, San Diego. They custom design and install these incredible wall gardens. Obviously they are perfect for the city and small spaces, but honestly I’d love to have the whole side of my house done like this… my girlfriend suggested getting one for the bathroom. The store is also filled with great gift giving ideas. Lovely!

headdressed birds

I often discover wonderful things in the middle of doing research for a big project. I was looking for some inspiration for a new Hummus project when I came across this wonderful painter/illustrator. I contacted Anna to see if she’d mind having us show a few of our favorites… she takes commissions and the beautiful paintings are quite reasonable. I am already planning what I’d love her to paint for me. Illustrated paintings by Anna Kipervaser inspired by her travels to the middle east.
